The rate includes:
- bed linen with weekly change
- kitchen linen and towels
- initial and final cleaning

The rate does NOT include:
- electricity, water, gas

Confirmation of the reservation must be sent within 5 days by e-mail or fax, including:
- the dates of arrival and departure
- the number of the components, including babies
- the type of accommodation you desire
- personal information card with the names of the people who will occupy the unit
- the payment of the deposit, by way of confirmation, equal to 30% of the total amount, must be made by postal order or bank draft attached to the confirmation letter.


The reservation is valid on receipt of the deposit that must be sent within 5 days from the time of confirmation.
- The payment of the balance must be done at the time of the delivery of the keys.
- Arrivals and departures: arrival from 16:00 hours and departure within 10:00. The period of stays is weekly.
- The apartments may not be used to accommodate a number of people (including children) greater than the number of beds indicated.
- Security Deposit: Euro 300,00 to be paid at the time of arrival, the same will be returned at the end of the stay except deduction for damages.
- Kitchenette and crockery must be left clean upon departure, penalty the deduction of 30,00 euro from the security deposit.
- Visitors can access the residence with authorisation of the management and upon presentation of an ID, and paying the daily fee. The management reserves the right at any time to check the identity of the people staying in the residence.
